Production Quality Process Supervisor (PQPS)
Job Description
Temaco is seeking a dynamic and qualified Production and Quality Supervisor with proven experience in quality engineering, materials testing, and R&D. The Production Quality Process Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining strict quality control over raw materials and finished products. This role bridges production, quality, and process improvement to ensure the factory operates smoothly, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement testing protocols (CBR, compressive strength, DCP, moisture, etc.)
- Enforce QA/QC procedures throughout raw material handling and production
- Verify compliance with mix designs and adjust for aggregate moisture variations
- Maintain accurate QC documentation, batch report, test logs, and material certificates
- Ensure compliance with RSB and ISO standards
- Ensure SOPs are followed and promote safe working practices
- Drive research and development for innovative and sustainable construction materials
- Introduce material reuse and recycling systems aligned with environmental goals
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure process optimization
- Support continuous improvement and optimize production efficiency where possible
What We Are Looking For - Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Material Science, or related field
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction materials testing or quality engineering
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in laboratory management and R&D
- Knowledge of ISO 17025, RSB standards, and advanced concrete technology
Desirable Skills
- Experience with recycled or alternative construction materials
- Laboratory competence & quality systems
- Strong lab data interpretation and reporting skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of processing methods and appropriate planning techniques
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Innovative mindset with practical application capacity
- Ability to manage teams and build strategic partnerships
